I have two slightly used black vinyl foldup rear seats (inward facing). Brackets and straps included (no screws though). Not sure the brand - they came in my restored 110 when it was shipped from the UK 5 years ago. Changed them for benches. I even have an extra back. Vinyl is perfect, no tears, no fading. A bit of rust on some of the metal bits. These were hardly ever sat on. $100 for the pair with extra back. Buyer pays shipping.
