Chassis is good, (wax oiled) never seen a welding torch. Location is the South of France near the Spanish Boarder. Vehicle is registered in the UK, no tax or MOT or local equivalent (been used for off road farm/light Forestry work only for the last 3 years). Selling 110 TD5 Special Vehicle
