These are all brand new and never been used or mounted etc.

The awning box was damaged a bit in shipping but the awning itself is perfect and has never even been extended. The other two items are still in their boxes (which have been opened but not had the items removed).

I bought this a year ago and it has been sitting in the garage. I’ve decided to use another product instead.

I am in Houston near Houston.

No idea how much shipping will cost but it would be a pain in the neck and is likely quite expensive unless you have an account. If you're interested, I can calculate shipping cost.
