I have a nice load warrior by Yakima roof basket and thule bars with High mounts ... its a nice setup but Im building a full safari rack and don't really need this sitting in my bedroom anymore lol ... Ill sell it all for $300 and I can ship anyway you would like .. its kinda of big but it breaks down which it pretty nice... there is also an adapter to make it longer available but I do not have one of those... its the same rack thats in my avatar pic...

Im checking now... Basically the longest are the bars at 56" and the rack can break down in half... I figured shipping would be around 65-75$ its around 50lbs total PM me and ill give u my number... Btw im from Dallas originally! Lol spent some time down in houston too! (Not jail time) hahaha

I already have Thule bars. After seeing this post I looked at roof baskets. Yakima makes one bigger called the MegaWarrior (52x48) http://www.yakima.com/shop/cargo/gea...ts/megawarrior and you can get a 22" extension for it making it longer. it is only $303 + $75 shipping from REI. No stores by me has it in stock.

The loadwarrior is 44x39. Its $223 from REI and in stock at a local store.

 

@ acamato, I think I fared well on this deal. I know I can always make the rack bigger, $330 shipped for the bars, rack and faring is a steal in my opinion. Also, buying from a fellow member gives me a little peace of mind too.

 

I never said you didn't get a deal. The thule feet and bars are not cheap. I was just posting for others that were interested and missed out.

If you do make it bigger, you may want to consider another bar/foot or two.
