WTB- D1 Cap - Wiper Arm (Genuine Part # PRC8253), need a set, just ordered a used set of D1 wiper arms and these weren't included, if any one has, I am interested.

 

You will prob be better off buying new ones. I fully ended to send them with the arms but they disintegrated when I very gently tried to remove them. Years of baking in the sun makes them brittle. Ill see what if I can grab a couple locally and I'll send them to you if you don't want to buy new ones.

 

Idk if you had d2 arms and converted to d1 arms but if that's the case then your old caps that covered up the nut on the d2 arms as long as you used the same nut to attach te d1 arms will fit snugly over then nut. That's what I have done and it works pretty well.

 

@ CUpgt and jhill15, thanks and thats exactly what I have done, D1 arms on my DII, I will be installing them this weekend after I lightly sand them and through some fresh paint on them.
