Default WTB: OEM Spare Tire Cover

I'm trying to find a factory spare tire cover for my DII but not interested in paying almost $200 for a new one. Looking for something in reasonable condition. Interested in stlyles from most to least...
1. Rhino
2. Cheetah
3. Giraffe
4. Elephant
5. Stag
6. Oval

Would also be interested in an obscure dealership location such as Honolulu, Cape Town, etc.

Cheers

Thanks gents, but I'm looking specifically for the factory design in my original post. Yes, there are lots of covers offered by AB, RN, Amazon, eBay, and the like, but they are "knock offs" lets call them, and not the genuine OEM design. It's annoyingly specific, I know. But it's what I'm looking for.

Thanks for the response, but see above - I'm looking for the OEM design which Rovers North and Atlantic British don't have. They're tough to find without spending almost $200...
