My beloved 2003 Disco II is starting to have issue with the air suspension, so it's time to convert it over to springs. If anyone has a conversion kit lying around, let me know!

Have you tried figuring out what's wrong with the SLS before you convert?

If it's the springs, that should be a pretty easy fix.

 

I have a couple of problems with it. There's a small leak in the driver's side spring. Also, randomly the system deflates when I have the vehicle parked. Sometimes it does it, some times it doesn't. And now it randomly won't reinflate about 20% of the time. It's really weird. So for those reasons, plus springs are less likely to leave me stranded in the middle of nowhere than a puncture in am airbag will, I'm thinking of doing the conversion. Plus I won't have to replace springs in 5 years like I will with putting new bags in.
