Looking for a full size safari roof rack. Preferably one that will fit a D2. Got a few new parts and a handful of good used parts from my 98 Disco that I will trade ya for the safari roof rack: brand new unused brake master cylinder with abs (purchased from AB), New barely used rear drivesahft with all new hardware (purchased from Roversnorth), brand new unused set of 2 Yokohama Geolander ATS tires (purchased from autopartswarehouse.com), decent shape front driveshaft, engine ecu (ask for more details), Diff high low assembly (rusted but fixable), 4 genuine rover rims, window regulators, power seat computers, heater assembly etc whatever you need. I'll pay the shipping for the rack. PM me for more details.

PS: Is there a significant difference between a safari roof rack for the D2 versus the D1? Or does one size fit all models (D1-D2)?

Excuse the misspelling of the title: was using my android when I initially created the thread, and it will not let me correct the error. For clarifcation I'm primarily looking for a safari roof rack, or alternatively a good winch bumper complete. Dont have much extra money to set aside for one so I'm looking to trade several parts for the right safari rack or winch bumper.

 

FYI...the D2 racks are generally longer than the D1 racks because the D2 is 7" longer.

As long as you aren't picky about a D2 rack being a little too long, you can put one on a D1. I assume that the reverse is also true, but as far as I know I haven't seen a D1 rack on a D2.
