Default BIG Thanks to PT Schram!

I cannot say enough about the way PT has treated me as a customer. Long story short, he took a radiator back from me that 2 Rover tech's diagnosed as leaking. His supplier didn't step up to the plate and denied the warranty claim (i had pictures of coolant leaking out of the oil line outlets in the first 30 minutes of us trying the new radiator) but they still didn't step up. PT took it upon himself to purchase a radiator for me ON HIS OWN DIME, and when I emailed him asking for an ETA as I was hoping to get the Rover running for the weekend, he paid to overnight the radiator to me without me even asking.

Enough said, but this guy is the real deal - and I'm not even a long time customer, this is the only thing I had ever purchased from him. It's so rare in any industry these days to have someone step up to the plate and live by the simple rule of "treat others as you wish to be treated, " but PT is a great example of that. If you need parts, call him. Simple as that!

PT is definitely the man. Now if he would just stop messing around with those silly Snap On tools and focus on fixing our Rovers.

That might be something he's obligated to do. The way I understand it is that every driver/rep has a route and serves those customers on their route. Him selling to you or me would take away business to whatever driver has a route in your area. Make sense?

So he sells Snap-On. I have some broken ones that I'd love to get replaced since I haven't seen a Snap-On rep in a long time. I should say I didn't have the broken tools with me to toss out my car window and a replacement one to be thrown back.

I have a cousin who sells Snap-On, as far as I know he can sell to anyone.
