Last night we got the first snow of the year here in High Point. It was my first snow away from the mountains of Western NC. I pulled a few honda's and toyotas out, but didn't really go on on any off road adventures. (Mostly because I still havent found any place to go close by.) Keep in mind, this kind of snow is rare around here so it's basically the end of the world. It was really beautiful and great to drive around and sled in so enjoy the pics!

(And excuse my make-shift mattress sled. It was 8 bucks at Walmart. haha)

 

Looks like a good time. Our snow is melting here. It got up to a balmy 33 degrees today and I was outside most of the day in just a sweatshirt. Finally had to put a jacket on when the sun went down. Makes me believe spring may come to Alaska some time.
