Over the past month or 2 I have accumulated a small collection of CB radios because I can't pass up a good deal on ebay. Wouldn't be quite such a problem if I actually had money but a good deal is a good deal. So I decided it is time to thin out the collection so I list one of my radios on Craigslist. After a week I figure it's so buried no one is going to find the ad but out of the blue I have someone interested. I give my best sales speech and he decides to buy it. I didn't get what I was asking for it but any money is better than a radio sitting collecting dust. So I meet the guy, we complete the sale and everybody's happy. He has a good CB for his jeep and I have beer money. As I am driving home my cell phone chimes that I have a new email. I look at it real quick and of course it is someone else interested in my CB. I think the situation over and decide I'll sell this guy the CB out of my Dodge. So I send the him an email tell him the radio on Craigslist was sold but I have another radio I will sell. Everything is good and we arrange to meet. As I am talking to the guy with the second radio he mentioned that his buddy had just bought a radio and said he needed to get one. Turns out the guy I sold the second radio to is a friend of the guy I sold the first radio to. I had to laugh at that.

 

Nice! glad it worked out for you, the guy that bought the first CB and his buddy... cuz you know theyre gonna be talking to each other on it.

 

I told the second guy that I would be curious how the 2 radios compare when they talk on them since they were tuned by different technicians.
