This is pretty cool, I never thought I would see my little school on a race car.



The race is tomorrow at Iwoa, and it's in the 2nd best series (nationwide) right behind the sprint cup. The driver is an 18 year old incoming freshman. He is the grandson of team owner Richard Childress (the guy who owned Dale Earnhart's car). I think I know who to make friends with now

Nascar is fun to watch for the crashes. Watching Kyle Busch get put into the wall wall by Tony Stewart 100 yards from the finish line a couple weeks ago was priceless. I like Kyle Busch but the crash was awesome then another car literally drove up underneath him after he bounced off the wall. I hit rewind a dozen times just to watch it over and over.

 

Any Kyle Busch wreck is fun to watch! That one was scary though. I was at the 2001 Daytona 500 when Dale Earnhart died, so I waited to laugh until kyle got out of the car after that wreck. Once I knew he was ok, I could laugh about it the rest of the night.
