That was another forum member and his wife, Pat and Mandy, they have never been off road before, he has a '04.
We got stuck in peet moss, the surface looks dry and firm, but 1/4" down its nothing but soup, as soon as you drive on it you sink to your axles.
He was behind me and he sank too.
I got out and sank to my ankles, my shoes were sucked off my feet when I pulled my feet out.
We got him out, then using my Hi-Lift we jacked up my truck and put logs under the wheels, then with him pulling and me driving we got me out.
Then he got stuck again not 20ft away.
Total time was about 2 hours getting unstuck.
Then we got the hell out of there.
It was a good time.

It was actually on a DII, but I bought it anyway, it was to long for a DI (which I already knew but for the price I couldnt pass it up) and then I traded it for a DI SD roof rack even up.
The '04 in the pic, he has the roof rack and I bought and I have the roof rack that he bought.
Those are called bush cables, they keep tree branch's from hitting your windshield and cracking it.
They were used on the Camel Trophy trucks.
I made them myself for $20 and 30 min of work.

Slide them to the side 1".
Total cost of those bush cables Wolf, $20.
Coated dog run cable.
8 cable clamps.
2 clamps at each end.
Wrap the cable around the roof rack, clamp it.
Wrap it around the brush bar, clamp it, cut to length.
Repeat on the other side.
Easy peezy.
