sagging headliner

I drive my Rover a few times a week to keep everything in good condition. I drive my Ford more since it's a diesel and gets about 3 mpg better than the Rover. Plus I feel claustrophobic in the Rover after driving the Ford.

there is a thread somewhere on here on it.. do a search, you take it out scrub all the foam and glue off with a wet soapy sponge and spray paint it.

coat it with kilz primer sealer so that the residual glue and stuff doesnt seep through to your actual paint and then just go to town with whatever color your heart desires, you can either use spray paint or just regular roll on/brush on house type paint, if you go with the house type i would use exterior paint... the color choice is all yours though, i went with black as did a few others, and some others went with the color the headliner was originally or a color to match their interiors...

have a 2000 discovery II is leaking water buy rearview mirror ...is it sunroof or windshield ..any suggestions??
