Default Sagging Headliner

My headliner is sagging, a upsholestery shop, claims they are pros at changing headliners for land rovers and are asking $500. They replace the headliner not just repair it. Another shops says they can repair but charge $350. Or what about getting a new headliner for $100? and having it installed? I'm thinking that the replacement from a junked disco will eventually sag as well.

Advice on which path I should take?
