Wanted: Driving companion (in my vehicle) on an 'overland' journey to the 2014 Overland Expo in Mormon Lake, AZ. I will be leaving the Oshkosh, WI area on May 11 and arrive at the Overland Expo on May 15. The event runs from May 16 thru May 18. I will have either my Discovery or my P38 Range Rover for the duration of the trip. I will leave the expo on May 19 and should be back to WI around May 23. I will bring my Oztent (fits 2 people) along, which will be our nighttime accommodations along the way at campgrounds. I will purchase the Overland Experience package, which is $485 for two people and one vehicle with full access to free camping, access to all overland experience classes/workshops, free wine and dine happy hour evenings, and free access to the Land Rover Driving course accompanied by trained instructors. This is a great show and it will be my first, but I'd like to go with a like-minded individual. The earlier you respond, the better, because Overland Experience packages are LIMITED. I'd like to make a decision by January 2014. Other qualifications: non-smoker, love of Rovers, sense of adventure, ability to get off work, and please no pets/kids.
