Me and my sons will be heading out to Reiter Foothills for the morning to go ATV riding. I will be towing my trailer with my Rover. There are miles of 4x4 trails out at Reiter Foothills many are very extreme but there are some that are tame. I have taken my LR3 on some of the tame ones and it was very fun. If you would like to check out the area we are leaving the Duvall area at about 8:30 or so, should be through Monroe by 9. My plan is to go ATV riding but I would definitely take my Rover on a couple of the trails that are there. I will leave a link from Snohomish County about the trails.

I seen those trails and they looked as if you needed a rock crawler to navigate. Definitely keep us posted.

That is very true for many of them. There are a few that are tame. Unfortunetly even the easier trails have "gatekeeper" obstacles to keep the small "4x4" out of the trails. From what I have read it sounds like there is going to be a lot more trails over the next few years. Hopefully they will keep some of the trails tame for lightly modified rigs. We are going out there mostly to ride our Quads. Last time there was a group of about 5 buggies going on the "hard" trails, my boys and I got a kick out of watching them work.

I spent my childhood dirtbiking these trails.... and I've taken a few very pathetic vehicles up there for the hell of it.

A old Izuzu Trooper I took up there made it up most any trail I tried. Granted, there's some stuff that will demand a purpose built buggy if you want to get crazy but plenty of it can be done in a Subaru car lol

I'd be game to hit these trails soon as my LS swap is done.
