When I am off roading I tuen the stereo off and just listen to the engine and let the voices in my head run rampent.
For me one of the joys of off roading is the peace and quiet of the out of doors, a nice quiet engine along with the climate controlled comfort of my leather seat and the quiet emptiness of my big empty skull.
No phone, no tv, no e-mail, no neighbors, no jack asses with their loud music driving down the street, no city bus's, just me, my wife, the kids and a nice cold Pepsi.

Everything you listed, I also listen to off road.
PLUS:
Any song by Little Big Town
Any song by Phil Vassar
Any song by Josh Turner
JohnnyCash makes in on the trail alot too
What else....
Some Jake Owen, Eric Church (Awesome guy, lives in NC), Tim McGraw, George Strait, and Alabama.
Basically I like that upbeat "good time" country music.
Oh yeah, I also have this oneCD of pure Adventure songs that I downloaded. It has pirates of the carribean, african drums, lion king theme, and safari sounds. I love it, makes what we are doing seem extra intense.

I thought I posted a reply to this earlier but I don't see it. I listen to something wild on the drive to the trailhead to get really pumped. Rob Zombie works great. Once on the trail it's country or classic rock as background music. I keep the volume down so I can here the CB and the engine.
My D1 doesn't have a CD player. The changer is still under the seat but it's not hooked to anything. My factory deck was a tape player with CD changer controls. I don't even remember seeing a tape in the last 5 years or so. I swap my factory deck for an Alpine unit that controls my satellite radio and my iPod. No CD player.
