I hope you welded up the crush cans first. On My/Brett's Arb, I (Stan did) welded the crush cans to the bumper, and welded angle iron into the crush cans.And I used 1/2" grade 8 bolts when I mounted my bumper.

My arb had steel crush cans, you don't reuse the stock aluminum ones.
