Default Welcome to the Series Rover section!

This is for all the leaf spring ladies and gentlemen to discuss their cool old Rovers.

I think Heritage Land Rovers is the current cool kids term.

Let's start it off right of you have a series post a pic of it in the thread and tell us a bit about it.

And for those that are confused Series rovers are not Discoveries

Default land rover series 3

I have recently inherited a Land Rover series 3 1978 model. It has been in secure garage for 20 years
last MOT 1996 12700 miles on clock one owner I have had a mechanic check it out the body work is ex condition
and the car is original condition structure is very good /ex as interior
green with a cream canope he managed to turn engine by hand and turn the engine over once by charging not sure what
else he done anyway theres def work needs on engine
is there a value that makes me spending on fixing
regards Doc

This was a general series thread not necessarily a we will value your truck thread. You should start a thread about your Series post up pics and a location. Pics should be detailed and include the undercarriage
