Well I have recently purchased a 2003 ES Disco 2 and love it. As mentioned in my intro post I have owned a L322 Vogue and Disco 3 HSE. Had all the commons issues with both and have been well initiated into the world of fixing LRs!
Now I bought myself a set of winter wheels with some wrangler tyres from a pal. They just arrived and I was just about to swap the normal wheels over that have standard road tyres.
Now here's the thing, my nearside front wheel is 1 1/4 inch away from the front bumper and the offside wheel is dead center in the wheel arch and is 2 1/4 inches away from the front bumper. So weirdly the other hub is set further forward. The anti roll bar was recently replaced by a garage - could that have something to do with it? I would think it is just some sort of adjustment work - fingers crossed. BTW it drives absolutely fine and I wouldn't have noticed it had I not been about to change the wheels.
Thanks in advance. Adam
