My other disco's reservoir broke this time and doing another permanent fix. My 1st fix still going strong for many years now I get chance to take pictures incase you need to fix this part as well. This is a very durable fix.
Enlarge hole in progression by using 1/2 drill bit at the end. Drive the largest holes through the threaded part for coolant to flow through the lowest level inside the reservoir. Sand the area around the hole to seal it with epoxy. Drive the hose barb with a wrench straight and slow to the hole. Mix epoxy and spread around the thread while its completely out. Epoxy will spread around the area evenly while turning the hose barb in the hole.
