Both SAI pumps are used but have been cleaned and are in great working condition. Both were tested on my own 2001 Land Rover Discovery II. My Discovery passed the Georgia smog test with this exact setup on my SAI system (bottom picture).
The pumps will fit Range Rover from 1995 to 2002 and Land Rover Discovery II 1999-2004.
The filter was added due to the crumbling of the original filter as seen in the 3rd picture. The new filter can be removed for cleaning and reuse again and again. No need for filter oil.
