Default 2001 Disco 2 SE7 Height Sensors

Hey guys, replacing both rear height sensors and can't find a decent pic of how they go on. Does the elbow point to the right or left ? ie: > or < ?

And, is it the same on the other side or the opposite?

Because apparently, correct me if i'm wrong, but the replacement unit is supposedly interchangeable for either the R or L side. If this is the case, shouldn't the elbow face the other direction when you flip it around 180 degrees?

Or, is the switch workable in either direction and it doesn't really matter which way the elbow faces?

Thanks...

_Mike

Well, it would, but now its really a moot point LOL... just realized that in lieu of fixing the problem, the previous owner replaced the SLS Air Springs with regular springs. The air springs are GONE! Replacing the height sensors won't really do much in this case, LOL. but thanks!
