Harman Kardon Radio Manual??

Where can I find a manual for the HK stereo? Mine is in a 2005 LR3.

Only thing in my glove box is my Land Rover User manual. Did it come with the HK manual? Maybe the last owner lost it. Nothing in my LR User manual except how to turn the sound up and down on the steering wheel.
