Default Who's interested in a gearbox/transfer case skid plate?

With no aftermarket options, I've been in contact with a few people, and Casey's Customs is so far the guy that has shown interest in making a skid for the transmission and tcase. Is anyone else interested in one? Perhaps we can expedite development if a group buy is arranged. Or if anyone has alternative ideas, I'm all ears.

As far as specs go, I think it should bolt to the front and rear cross member holes. Assume front cross member deleted, and I think a skinny U-shaped cutout is necessary to allow articulation for the front driveshaft. I'm thinking since the rear cross member is not structural, the skid plate could simply replace both cross members. Aluminum.

Terrafirma once made one, TF868V8, but it is no longer available due to lack of sales. Attached pic of what it looked like.

Potentially interested. Will be keeping an eye on this thread. Depending on design, I'm likely to commit to a group buy. I'm close enough to Uwharrie to want rock protection, however, I'm surrounded by swamps and want an easy to clean setup to remove muck and mud.
