One of my leaks. Hopefully replacing the o ring fixes it. The other one is where the manifold inlet pipe connects to the block i think.

if it hasn't been said yet, use green coolant when you refill. the dexcool, orange stuff, is bad with these systems.

I use Valvoline’s Zerex G-05 coolant with Red Line’s water wetter.

I got the 180 deg britpart tstat installed and have flushed/replaced dexcool with prestone coolant. A couple new o rings to stop the leaks I had and now it runs around 184 deg vs 194 before the change.

I did the soft spring 180 degree thermo previously....I still ran 210-220 in traffic. Which is borderline really but I didn't like it so I did the inline thermo mod with a 180 degree thermo and now, I run 190-200 in traffic. 170-180 cruising.
