Can anyone confirm this with a 2023 model?
Has anything else changed noticeably?

I have a MY2023.5 130 with the third row of seats and can confirm that in our model - X Dynamic SE - you can control the fans for the 2nd row but not the 3rd. There don’t appear to be any?!

no softclose anywhere either.

Do you have 4 zone climate control listed any where?

My first edition has the 4 zone, but I think that refers to the 2 front and 2 mid zones as left and right mid row have their own climate and seat temp control *****. The rear has no separate control on mine, at least not that I've found. Could be I'm mistaken and one of the mid row climate controls is for the back - or it's only accessible via the Nav. Now I'm a bit puzzled so I'll go out and see what I can find in it.

The passenger front port, all 4 second row and both 3rd row ports have blank off plates. There is a 12v port in the cargo area at least. It does have the big screen and all of the other fun stuff, but it's really odd they're skimping on USB ports and a sunglasses holder, those have to be like $30 (at their cost) worth of stuff... I'd rather have those than the fancy walnut wood and extended leather.
Took delivery of my 130x last week and same configuration. I had my sales agent check with service and they gave me this tech bulletin where they’ll replace them at no cost when they’re available, so I would take this to them and get the same commitment.

Thank you for posting the 'Service Action'.

Does anyone know if there is one of these for installing the larger screen when supply constraints are eased?

You should be able to control it from the main screen and the third row should have a **** that looks like the below picture. The third row can't set the temperature.

Unfortunately not. The USBs are missing and can't be replaced but if they gave you a smaller screen you're just screwed. However, you can retrofit the larger Range Rover one if you want to pursue that.

I think that **** is for the 3rd row chiller, which I don't think the 130 gets as it has full heat and ac in the 3rd row. Mine has both floor vents and the c pillar vents. I could not find any 3rd row climate control in the nav. Just front and middle. I think all those puff pieces on quad zone climate enabling the 3rd row to have climate control were incorrect and it's just left and right front and middle for the 4 zones. The first edition definitely says it has quad zone climate. Looking at the manual, it shows a single temp for the 2nd row in the nav where mine shows 2, so that should give the quad zones. I'm guessing the 3rd row just mirrors whatever air is being sent for the 2nd row.

Not quite, even though middle row has 2 *****, it's 1 zone. You'll note they always sync when adjusting one or the other in that middle row. Pretty dumb I agree.

I researched this as I have dogs and had a heck of a time figuring out how to get them rear AC (but not heat) in the cargo area. So, I *think* it goes something like this

90
I have no idea but probably same as 110

110
Zone 1/2 - Front row L/R
Zone 3 - Middle row (both ***** are synced)
+ or not + rear cooling assist (which they don't call a zone)

130
Zone 1/2 - Front row L/R
Zone 3 - Middle row (correction: apparently ***** are not synced, it operates like the front left and right are independently controlled (see below !)
Zone 4 - Wayback row

So apparently they fixed that on the 130 and it operates as I thought... Just went outside and checked.

Nav shows the same thing with two temps in the 2nd row (or I guess they're just calling it rear, so both rows?) instead of one.
