Default Refurbishing kalahari wheels

Got some kalahari wheels from a junkyard today and it looks like they'll need a refurb. Powder coat is going bad. What's the best way to go about this?? Spray paint and clear coat?

I plasti-dipped mine black and they look great. You can get any color you want and if you get tired of it you just peel it off.

Those look nice. I love the Kalahari rims. I passed up on a set for $150 before I knew what they were.

Thanks. That's a shame. They're such cool wheels. I got my set for $150 from the junkyard
