installatiion could have been easier if only bolts were not rusted really bad. Took me a bolt a day. Lol

The catalytic converters are OE specs and the resonator and muffler is original so its quiet but I can feel more pull. Also, my cats went so bad that I can hear it rattles when I idle. It was leaking too and very loud. It feels like driving a different truck this time.
Also, installation was easy and straight forward but it took me awhile to remove the nuts and bolts that were rusted. Some I thought were loose but they just kept turning within the frame and had to dremel them out.

What's the diameter on those pipes? Think maybe you could measure them for me? They look bigger than the factory 2-1/8" (super weird size) for the y-pipe.

I think I need to do this. I'm getting lean codes and misfire codes on both banks.

Any other codes? Bad cats shouldn't cause lean codes, at least in my experience. Fix the miss first then replace the cats. Misfires will kill the cats quick.

Nice Work! That is so clean under there unlike mine. I just dropped my exhaust today and found i have a broken stud/bolt on the exhaust manifold. Do you know if those 3 are bolts or studs? I had the same problem with the nuts and bolts being rusted OMG! Thanx
