Default Defender vs Dodge Ram hehe

The Defender looks so small, in comparison, but....

Keep in mind the Dodge was in 2WD.

And the pickup is light is the rear and as soon as you break the tires loose you have zero traction, that goes for any kind of surface, snow, mud, dry pavement...so this video is not a far comparison.
Weight down the pickup, put him in 4x4 lo, he's pulling the Defender backwards.

I have a diesel defender, (not turbo) and my buddy has a 4wd dodge with the 5.9, but I have no desire to try this. Knowing my luck I'd break something important.

The video is better quality here.

Please don't defend the Dodge... Look at the obnoxious size of it. Exhaust stacks? I for one love seeing this monstrosity getting trounced by the defender. Someone in a Ram almost ran me and my 3 year old of the road this morning. I was driving my Santra. Maybe I'll hop into my DII tomorrow and bounce his hillbilly pickup of the road. LOL

True, good examples. I'll admit when I'm wrong. I'm just amazed by that video. They must have 4 wheel drive though. Who would offer their truck to do something like that and not give it everything?

The Dodge might be 4WD, but the front isn't engaged.

If you read the comments from the guy that posted the video on youtube, he did this as a joke.

i set up the video to fool morons like you. tomorrow my next vid is is dodge ram with 4x4 selected pulling 2 landrovers backwards
If you watch this one, you can see a dodge with more traction easily pulling the defender backwards, even after they are already moving the other way:
