Default Pinging noise when releasing the clutch under load

Hello,

I have a 93 disco with a 200tdi and an LT77 trans. When I release the clutch in first gear, even when done smoothly, there is a pinging noise like someone dropping a bolt on a floor. It has been happening for a few months intermittently and I cannot track it down. Both driveshafts are completely fine. Could it be a motor mount from torquing the motor against the mount?

any advise appreciated, thanks in advance.
