I've been in water nearly that deep with my DII. Huge rain storm flooded the downtown streets. And much fun was had by all.

West side of I-196, Indian Mounds Drive, where the river boat used to be.
It floods every spring with the snow melt and spring rain.

DI's have better door seals then the DII.
Keep moving, stop, you will flood.

haven't been there in a while and my cardinal directions are off
I do remember the river boat and landing though
