Default Falken Rocky Mountain ATS 265/60/18

Got some new tires last week. Haven't had a chance to test them out yet, but I'm definitely digging the look. The spare barely fits on the back (it rubs a bit on the bumper when opening the back gate), but they don't rub anywhere else.

On to pics!

Here's the tread pattern.

I'll post more info once they are broken in a little. So far, so good.

I'm considering the Falkens for my '03 model. I have about a 2-3 inch lift from OME springs I upgraded to awhile back. Currently I run a 265-70-16 with no problems. They look like a decent off road tire that can also handle pavement on an everyday basis which is what I need.

first let me say good luck to you and the new shoes. I am interested to see how they work out on your truck. I like the look and price, as well. I put some on the lightest of my work trucks, a few months ago. 4x4 crew cab p.o.s. under 13k on them and I need new ones. i had a lump/knot rise in a front tire (it can happen to any tire) and replaced it. they have also worn poorly and quickly. They have performed fine offroad. I know that is not on a lr and they will, surely wear and perform differently on that vehicle. I hope that they work out famously and I hope you can give a good review. perhaps they are just not suited for this vehicle. Sorry, I know you were not looking for my review but I feel obligated to share any first hand experience/ knowledge that someone can use if they are trying to review products. I use the forum to gather review info all the time. btw, they look great. good luck

I want to like them the price is spot on and the tread is catchy but I wonder how detrimental they will be in the mud...

I just bought the same tire model from 4wheelonline , so far so good. it was 30% off so I was really very tempted to get a set of it. But I would say it was a good choice and investment.
