I just put on a new set of Avon Tech ST tires on my LR3 255/60 18. Great tires, great tread, very quiet, they handle well and do not track rutts, they are great tires and paid $145.75 each installed. Tire Rack has them rated as there #1 tire. My mileage is up to 15.6 from 14.5 mpg.

I have had the avons for about 6months and WOW! I have been verry happy with them I am in Northern Mich and they did great in the snow and on the ice I was shocked when I went out wheeliing last month and we still had aver 2ft of snow on the trail my father went with me and we wereamazed at where we were going we went everywhere everyone elso went with their off road tires. i would not ? buying the avons they seem to be wearing quite well. They ride and handle verry well and for the price you cant beat them.
