Well... finally dumped the 22" wheels under my wife's RRS and replaced them with XD Monster wheels.

The original plan was to mount 265/70R18 (Cooper Discoverer ATP) tires under the RRS - well, as many of said, they just won't fit. I thought I could find a way to make it work with a little lift and some trimming - but the reality is, it would require a whole lot of trimming, and when I proposed that to my wife in the parking lot both the Discount Tire tech and my wife looked at me like I lost my marbles. But I have to say, those tires looked impressive under the RRS.

So, after some discussion we went with 265/60R18 (Goodyear Wrangler ArmorTrac) - perfect fit.

Took them on a little road trip the past few days in the snow & ice. Tires were great, no noticeable road noise, no slipping, no complaints so far. And 1,000 percent better than 22" wheels/tire combo we've been riding on.
