Tire Siping

Is it recommended to have my tires siped? They are Bfgoodridge A/T 245/75/16 ,they have about 12,000 miles.

It won't help with AT's, now if you had BFG MT's boy it made a huge difference for how my truck handles in the snow and ice here in Colorado.
