So I jumped on the green bandwagon (I was already on it really) and purchased 4 Warden 245-75-16's from treadwright.com

This thread is my review and experience with them.

I bought them on Oct 31 at 11pm or so. As of today, I have not gotten a shipping notification and they also refunded my credit card without saying anything.

I called on Monday, left message and got no return call.

I called them yesterday on Tuesday and a lady in customer service says its normal for the credit card to be credited back, and they will recharge the card when they ship the tires. She couldn't tell me when the tires would ship.

I've sent them 4 different emails since Monday and no one responded.

On treadwrights site, and in an order email, it does say to allow 2-5 working day lead time for tires they didn't have in stock (haven't made) Well my tires are not listed as one of those so they should be in stock and you would think they would've shipped already. So 5 working days will be Friday. I will call them again and report back.

 

Well as it turned out, I was about 2-3 weeks down a waiting list. I couldn't wait that long so I canceled the order and bought Duratracs from tirerack.com

 

A buddy of mine just had a similar experience with them. After waiting a couple months he canceled his order.
