I handle ALL things Rover with care... What kills me is what small awg wiring they use. In any other vehicle it would be twice the size. But at least their wiring harness clips actually work... HA!

The sad part is the newer trucks are greatly improved in the wiring dept.

Got started on the Rover Sport swing arm today. I radiused the arm to match the curve of the rear bumper cover.

I'm liking the look so far.

Looks like I'll have the LR3 donor for R&D in late January. Can you wait that long?

Sure can, I'll be spending all my money on awnings and tires around that time. April is my next big event currently

Ladder rungs, valve block and washer bottle brackets are cut and bent.

Been working on my new rack design and made a "shortie" rack to check fit, tolerances and bends. Two quick changes and I'll have it finished up. This is the gutter mount style for the D1, D2 and earlier gutter equipped models.

When finished it will follow the roof line pitch. I'll be making these for the LR3 and LR4 as well. All aluminum with stainless hardware and versa track pucks for adjustable tie down points.
