I think it’s this port that’s just got a plug bolt in it - not the empty port to the right of it (unsure what that is)

Coolant with metallic scum on top after sitting for a day. Coolant hasn’t been drained completely in at least 4.5 years.

Checked oil with dipstick (car has been sitting cold since yesterday) - level looks fine and still looks clean but not sure if I’d be able to determine if it’s mixed with coolant this way. Do I need to run the vehicle for a bit first? Then check a bit of the oil by opening the drain plug?

Air filter looks clean
Dried muddy water in air pipes - mass air flow pipe and part of air intake. I cleaned the air intake from the other side when I replaced the throttle body heater plate and took off the throttle body to clean it. I used throttle body cleaner or mineral spirits on the air intake - can’t remember now.

Dried muddy water in air intake - there was some in mass air flow pipe as well. It’s all over this engine.
