Here is my 500amp relay. Left side goes to the winch. Right side is coming from the second battery. On the for left above the red area is the power take off point with my 450A fuse.

Installed battery tray with mods to lift the battery up about a half inch. You can see the ribs on the wheel well just on either side of the aluminum bracket I made. Also you can how much the light comes over the top of the plate. Also not as easy to see the plat is touching the plastic bracket that holds the aux radiator. It is also touching the the coolant pipe. I put a piece of self adhesive rubber between the pipe and plate.

Pinch weld before removal. Lucky8 and Saltek both have videos on how and what to trim. It is a little difficult to get a sawzall in there. I used a combo of sawzall and dremel with cutoff wheel.

A picture of the liner back in after removal of the pinch weld. Need to figure out a way cover the gap so debris doesn't build up

Bumper with holes drilled into the wrong spot. Didn't realize at the time this picture was taken. Also notice the lights aren't quite flush with the bumper. I was bummed because I thought the bracket wouldn't let them go further forward. Well dummy me didn't think it through, all I had to do was flip the bracket around.

Close up of some of the wiring you will have to do. I installed a relay to power the reverse lights. Also don't mount the key sensor as you will have to take it off to tighten the bumper bolts.

Shot showing me fixing my measuring mistake for the two holes. I think it looks pretty good. Doesn't even look like that is a 1mm piece of black plastic behind the license plate.
