96D1 2011 Rebuild

Description:
Bought in early 2000's with 50K miles in NYC. Now has 105K and is in PR.

Work I've (had) done with Forum help (since June '11):

TO BE DONE:
-windows rear - Repair & ECU*
-roof and alpines*
-paint wheels*
-doors rear: right lock/latch*
-compound body*
-headliner (removed and awaiting repair)*
-MT 245/75/16*
-champion plugs*
-NPT wires*
-clean MAF*
-clean throttle body*
-inspection plate project*
-differential clean and refill*
-hubs*
-replace clockspring (?) <if not, fix horn>
-lower fog lights

DONE:

ENGINE:
-rear crankshaft oil seal
-valve cover gasket
-intake manifold gasket
-(used) front cover and oil pump
-timing Chain and sprockets
-new hoses - plenum*
-oil: Rotella & large mann filter*
-seafoam Induction*
-seafoam in gas tank*

COOLING:
-water pump
-Rodded, repaired and cleaned radiator
-Refit 160 degree thermostat (Standt #45356/ or PEP Boys #59356/ or Napa 530060.)
-Replaced hoses (Upper to be done*)
-Changed pulley (Dayco No Slack Idler/Tensioner Pulley, Light Duty, Part No: 89006)
-Changed coolant to green 50/50*
-Added WaterWetter*
-Installed GlowGauge Water Temp (not working yet)
-New fan clutch (Chevy method)
-Modded metal fan (removed and requires redoing)
-New belt
-New belt pulley (GM method)
-Sahara Grill - increased airflow (to be installed)*

Steering & Suspension:
-New (defective but maybe repaired) steering box
-Alignment
-Terrafirma Steering Damper
-tie rods
-sway bar ball joint
-panhard bushing
-bushing sway bar to body front
-bushing sway bar to body rear
-steering box
-Terrafirma 2" Medium Duty Lift kit (springs and shocks)

DRIVETRAIN
-rotary coupler
-Neapco U-joint replacement
-repair connection at handbrake and propshaft

BRAKES
-Akebono Euro Ceramic Pads

Electronics:
-optima battery

BODY:
-floor: Rust proofed, shored, sound and heat insulated, painted, refloored (diamond plate and sheet)*
-windows Front: Repaired*
-lugs: P38 Solid Steel lugs*
-brush bar mod - (to be installed)*
