Only the back right side of the pan is wet, so I am thinking the pan seal is still good. What do the experts think replacing the sleeve now and the fluid/filter/pan later this summer?

There is oil on and near the connector, I don't think it was sprayed up from the pan.

I pushed a screw driver through first to help align the tube in a straight position. I then used a thin wire taped to the cable and pushed it through the tube. This method assures no compromise of the weather seal around the tailgate.

Pulled the rubber tube lose on the left side. (right side has the washer fluid hose and not enough room to get the cable through)

Side view. I think it will be enough room for 2 lawn chairs and a small table for the previously mentioned beverages.

My first thought was about all of the EAS threads I have read on this forum lately. My heart sank thinking I am back in the EAS diagnostic business again (as if I ever left)

Any idea what may be wrong? I suppose I should buy one of those $200 knockoff compressors to confirm this is the problem before I start throwing expensive parts at it.

They say it is a direct replacement. I did see an outline under the mirror, but it was bigger than the LED, so that is why I measured.

Had to turn off the garage lights to admiring my 4 1/2 hours of work. My helper spent most of the time stretched out in the middle row seats waiting to go for a ride.
