A lot of hard work went into this build. Tom and Haans at Adventure Ready gave up a weekend exploring to finish the Rack.Jahn @ Rovin Rovers in Redmond, WA did the heavy lifting on the dual battery wiring and servicing the car prior to departure.

The wheel and tire itself is exceptionally heavy. (32" tire and 18" wheel). Could it be that the spacers provided mount the wheel to far off the back of the truck, putting too much sheering force on the metal carrier?
