Pull the plastic sill cover atraight up and use a panel puller to release the plastic tab located under the cover

Hidden panel that needs to be pried up to reveal a 10mm bolt under it. Once release you can move the lower c pilar cover towards the inside of the vehicle to gain access to the unit behind it.
