Default 5 point Harness Installation?

I've got a 2004 stock disco and a 2008 LR2. How difficult if possible is it to install a 5 point racing harness in these cars? I do I fair amount of offroading and I feel more comfortable in one. Thanks.

you need to install a roll cage generally.

Thats what we had to do on our race car. There really arent any attachment points stemming from the top of the seat
