After taking another glance, I think the most impressive feature is the mint condition E brake boot. I mean look at that thing!

 

This truck is definitely Alveston Red, or as I call it, Why Bother Red.

My truck is Rioja Red. I have a 2000 Discovery brochure that shows Rioja Red offered that year too.

But to my wife and me the best red is Rutland Red. I know nothing about DI colors but I know Rutland Red is very uncommon. I know it too was offered in '99 and 2000 at least. Don't know about 2001 and later.

a local jaguar dealer had a 2004 Discovery with 16k miles on it... Blue/Alpaca. they wanted $18k for it but wound up selling it for $12k which i believe was a steal.

 

I cannot get there right now either. Maybe the site is having issues tonight.

It's basically a "locked" thread on a forum similar to this site where someone took the time to make a post for each and every color and list the years it was available, and they also tried to post a pic of a D2 in that color. I noticed they didn't have Rioja red, so I sent them a photo of my D2
