Default Broken intake manifold bolt in head

I broke the #3 lower manifold bolt off in the head. My fault for not cleaning the thread before starting and reusing a questionable bolt. How screwed am I? Going to use an extractor tomorrow. Broken bolt is basting in pb blaster overnight.

just take your time and go slow.. start with a tiny drill bit and work your way out to the size you need. makes it easier to keep things centered..

Is there any risk in reusing the new valley pan gasket? I was in the 2nd stage of the torque sequence (8lb to 38lb) when it it broke.

Bolt came out! Used the drill and extract method. Took time drilling and ran a bolt in the head next to it to help gauge the angle to drill. (Lost sleep last night on this one. Glad it came out )

we had issues with the intake bolts from around 2009. They were stretching like crazy and a couple of us guys snapped a few. the second sequence of torque would get kinda funky right before it was at the correct torque.
