Question Interior Controls Question

Hello,
I have perhaps a silly question. On the set of switches on the right hand side of the steering column I have a switch and I do not know what it controls or operates. It is the third push button from the top directly below the rear wind shield wash and wipe switches. The icon on the button has two sets of perpendicular lines on it. I checked the owner's manual and I do not see it described anywhere in the book. Any help is, as always, appreciated.
Cheers,
Gabe

Does it look like a skateboard?
That is actually a pic of a bridge over a road, that is the international symbol for a motorway.
That is the cruise control master power switch, just turn it on and forget about it.

Where's the reservoir for the rear washer? I hit the button and all it does is move the wiper.

There is no reservoir for the rear washer, you just need to hold the button longer so the fluid can reach the back.
You should hear the pump running.
