Saw this on eBay and was wondering if anyone has any feedback. Good? Bad?

Looks like a gimmick to me. Just go to NAPA and buy an air filter.

Foam air filters usually need to be oiled. MAF sensors don't seem to like oil too much, I wouldn't use it. However, foam filters are supposed to filter better and allow formore airflowthan a thin paper filter. It does have "Expensive" Silicone/ Reinforced hose , whatever that means.

Dont get it! It bad for your MAF sensor and a good air filter design will suck air from out side of the engine area cold air! This one will suck HOT air and could make you over heat!

Jaime,
Your engine needs all the cold air it can get to perform right and sucking in hot air through a oil covered air filter isn't going to work in your Disco.

anything that has "quality, expensive and highend" in quotes isn't worth looking at.

besides, don't D2's have air temp sensors in the airbox?

No, they don't, only the D1's.
I hate where the air intake is located, inside the l/f wheel well, but at least it is colder then the engine compartment and this is good.
